Zu einem sind die Beh\u00f6rden so kompliziert und unwissend. Man wird hin und her geschickt und landet garantiert nicht dort wo man hin muss. <\/p>\n<p>Wenn ich nicht einen geduldigen Einheimischen mit Auto gehabt h\u00e4tte, w\u00e4re ich immer noch in Belem. Nun bin ich wieder in Soure vor Anker. Zu einem ist es hier sch\u00f6n und ich habe einen Norweger wiedergetroffen.<\/p>\n<p>Heute war kein Wind um nach Frech Guiana zu segeln. Jetzt wollen wir es morgen versuchen.
